Soul Story Retreat was never meant to be a large gathering. It was created as an intimate space — held, intentional, and unhurried — for people who are ready to step back from the noise of their lives and reconnect with what matters most to them.

Over three days at Good Hope, Trelawny, Jamaica - on a plateau in the hills, far from the maddening crowd, we move through releasing the stories that have been weighing you down, finding your way back to your own voice, healing in the company of others who understand, and writing the next chapter of your life with intention.

This is not a workshop. It is not a conference.

It is a return to yourself

— set against 2,000 acres of Jamaican countryside, with every detail taken care of so that all you have to bring is yourself.
