Why I've been creating so many new things

Dear ,

Over the past year, you may have noticed something changing.

I've been creating more.

More journals. More retreats. More courses. More spaces for healing and growth.

And I wanted to tell you why.

For a long time, most of my work happened quietly — inside therapy rooms, workshops, retreats, and private conversations. But I began noticing that people were at very different stages of their journey.

Some needed a gentle first step.

Some needed a place to reflect and process.

Some were ready for deep transformational work.

Others were ready to reclaim their voice, their confidence, and their future.

No single offering could meet every person where they were.

So instead of creating one thing, I've been building a pathway.

A collection of resources, experiences, and spaces designed to support different parts of the healing journey — wherever you happen to be right now.

The truth is, I've always created.

I've always designed workshops, written reflections, developed courses, crafted healing experiences, and gathered people together for meaningful conversations.

What has changed , is that I'm being more intentional about sharing that work with a wider audience.

And partly because of something someone said to me that I haven't been able to forget.

After working together, she told me that I had been an answer to her prayer.

Then she said something else:

"You should be everywhere."

I laughed at the time, but her words stayed with me.

Not because I wanted to be everywhere.

But because they challenged something in me.

For years, I've been content to do this work quietly. One person. One group. One workshop. One conversation at a time.

There is beauty in that.

But her words made me wonder:

What if keeping my work small wasn't humility? What if it was hiding?

I'm still sitting with that question.

But I do know this:

When someone tells you that your work helped them heal, find hope, or remember who they are, there comes a point where it would be remiss not to honour that.

So I'm honouring it.

Not by trying to be everywhere.

But by allowing this work to reach farther than it has before.

Partly because so many people have asked for more ways to continue the work beyond a single session, workshop, or retreat.

And partly because I genuinely love the process of creating.

I love taking what I've learned from years of listening to people's stories and transforming those insights into tools, experiences, and spaces that support healing and growth.

Some people will begin with a journal.

Some will attend a retreat.

Some will take a course.

And some may never purchase anything at all and will simply continue reading these emails.

All of that is welcome.

My intention has never been to sell for the sake of selling.

My intention is to create meaningful spaces where healing, self-discovery, courage, and transformation can happen.

So if you've been wondering why you've been hearing more from me lately — that's why.

I'm no longer keeping this work hidden.

I'm building it.

And if any part of it supports your journey, I'm honoured to walk alongside you.

, I'm grateful you're here.

With gratitude,

Dr Sandra Rose Hamilton
