⭐ Experience: 2+ years customer service/support experience

The role involves answering broker inquiries, assisting with enrollment questions, researching issues, documenting interactions, and working with multiple internal teams to resolve problems.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills and healthcare or Medicare Advantage experience are strongly preferred.

⏰ Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-10 PM ET. During AEP, the department operates 7 days a week.
