Hello dear energetic beings,

I had a wonderful time sharing this experience with you!
Whether your spoon bent dramatically, softened gently, or seemed determined to maintain its current identity, I hope you experienced something meaningful:
A shift in what you believe is possible.
As I said in the workshop "I don't really care whether you bend it or not. What I care about is that you are noticing things."
The spoon is simply a doorway.
A doorway into noticing your self-talk.
A doorway into possibility.
A doorway into presence.
A doorway into discovering that some of the things you've been calling facts may actually just be habits of thought.
