The puppy story I wanted to share with you...

Hi, ,
I just published something a little different.
It is not a typical health article.
It is a story.
The story is called:
A Puppy in a Cage No Longer
It was originally written by a coaching client who had struggled with anxiety for many years.
Through the image of a puppy in a cage, she found a gentle way to express something many people feel but cannot always explain:
Sometimes the door is open before we feel free enough to walk through it.
This story is about fear, safety, freedom, and the slow return of hope.
It is also one of the first pieces in what I am beginning to call Sparkle Stories — simple, human stories about healing, courage, meaning, and the work of being human.
If it speaks to you, I would love to hear what line or image stayed with you.
And if you know someone who feels stuck, afraid, or unsure whether they can step into a new chapter, please feel free to share it with them.
Sometimes a story can open a door that advice cannot.
Warmly,
Dr. Christine Sauer
P.S. The story is gentle, but it may touch something tender. Read it slowly.
