This Wednesday is Eid al-Adha, which my Muslim colleagues sometimes call 'Little Eid'.

It's not as big as the Eid at the end of Ramadan, but is still a significant festival.

I've got two resources to help people mark the occasion, both with a spiritual care element as that's what I do in my role as a paediatric chaplain.

Eid colouring postcard

This simple colouring card has instructions on the back which help you choose four things which bring you joy, giving each a colour and then using those four colours on the front of the card. It's super-simple, but a great way to notice lean into joy even when life is difficult.
