When Truth is Still Surfacing

Hi ,
When we have a sensitive nervous system, we don’t normally listen to words.
We listen to tone. To intent. To what is underneath what is being said.
And when the body registers even the slightest hint of pressure, control, or dominance, it can start defending before the mind has even caught up with understanding the facts of what is being spoken.
That doesn’t mean we are overreacting.
It just means our system has learned to read energy long before it had any language — and to protect us accordingly.
This is partly why this week’s Mercury square Neptune transit feels important to acknowledge.
Mercury in Cancer is communicates through feeling, memory, and emotional association. Neptune can add confusion, projection, fantasy, or distortion into that field.
So what we are hearing may not only be what is being said — but what our history, our fear, or our sensitivity is layering onto it.
And with Aries squaring Cancer, there is often a tension between self-protection and emotional safety. One part of us wants to act, speak, or defend. Another wants to retreat, protect, and stay close to what feels familiar.
Yes this can feel like confusion — but it is often something more revealing than that.
It is the body showing us where an old pattern is still active.
Perhaps it's good to learn, that anytime Neptune presents itself in transit, we generally feel a sense of illusion.
Not always through obvious deception, but through subtle facades.
Through what we need to believe in order to stay comfortable.
Through the version of ourselves we present because it feels safer than being fully honest.
Through the stories we tell about other people, so we don’t have to feel what remains unresolved in us.
Sometimes the untruth is not that someone lied.
Sometimes the untruth is that we already knew, and kept trying not to know.
Again, that has a cost in the body.
When the heart knows one thing and the mind keeps rehearsing another, the nervous system begins to split around it.
The jaw tightens. The throat holds. Sleep becomes less restorative. The chest carries a quiet pressure. Digestion becomes inconsistent. The body starts bracing around what has not yet been admitted.
Because the body does not love facades.
It loves congruence, alignment and what is true.
So perhaps the healing being offered this week is not immediate clarity, but honesty.
The kind that lets us notice where we are still defending. Where we are still justifying what we feel. Where we are still trying to make something make sense before it has fully revealed itself.
Neptune does not always heal by making things clearer.
Sometimes it heals by dissolving what was never stable to begin with — the image, the role, the certainty, the story.
And if that feels disorienting, it may simply mean something false is loosening.
Congratulations.
If this week has felt tender, confusing, or more emotionally charged than usual, and you feel called to be held in a collective space where the body can soften and the mind does not have to work so hard, you’re welcome to book in.
The scalar-sound field works underneath the mental noise. It gives the nervous system a more coherent environment in which truth can emerge in its own timing.
Stay tuned,
